Membership WelfareWelfare is a compulsory-yet-voluntary contribution of ₦500 a month that pools members' resources to support one another. After one year of membership you can claim benefits for weddings, bereavements, health challenges, retirement and more.
How it works
Contribute ₦500 monthly. After a year, access benefits on a first-come basis, up to five claims per quarter.
More than payouts
Yearly member meetings with entertainment, community service, and a planned 5% discount on food items at the welfare shop in Aba.
Rejoining
Former members (from December 2021) pay a ₦5,000 entrance fee to rejoin the welfare scheme.
